Burnt Basque - crustless cheesecake originating in the Basque country of Spain

The wine rep will give you a walk through the different regions, the history of the wine and insight into special/seasonal wines while our Chef presents each course with an explanation as to how it was prepared, why it was paired with that particular wine and how you can make great pairing choices for yourself!
